3. President Donald Trump has said he is "not happy" about a border security deal struck between Democrats and Republicans that will not fund his wall between the US and Mexico ahead of a Friday dealine.

4. On the back of the tentative deal, the Dow rose by 1.49%, the S&P 500 was up 1.29% and the Nasdaq lifted 1.46%.
